This is a full course that includes shabu-shabu, yakiniku, yakisuki donburi meal, and dessert using plenty of Satsuma Fukunaga beef from our own farm, which won the top prize in Japan for its meat quality.
The rice is freshly cooked in a Nambu iron pot.
